Soups

A rich, creamy favorite. This hearty soup is filled with the freshest of fish. Haddock, shrimp and scallops explicitly. Just the right amount of onions and potatoes are present in this fantastic New England staple.

Salads

A fresh bed of Romaine lettuce, mesclun greens, cucumbers, shredded carrots and cabbage, fresh tomatoes and your choice of our homemade dressing.

This fine salad has the same basis as the Garden salad, along with Feta cheese, and Kalamata olives. Drizzled with homemade Greek dressing.

This salad is made only after you place your order. No limp lettuce or soggy croutons in this salad! It arrives at your table with crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with freshly grated parmesan cheese, homemade croutons and our famous Caesar dressing. The Caesar salad is also available with grilled chicken, or shrimp.

~ Fruit & Walnut Salad ~

This house favorite is filled crisp Romaine lettuce, mesclun greens, candied walnuts, dried cranberries. Served with our homemade maple dijon dressing. One of the favorites :)

~ Mexican Chicken Taco Salad ~

An unconditional salad: Mexican seasoned chicken over a bed of mixed greens, Roma tomatoes, shredded cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream served with black corn tortilla chips.

~ House Dressings ~

We prepare all of our own dressings here at the Courtyard Cafe. Using only the freshest herbs & spices, our dressings are robust and flavorful.

The lovely list is as follows:

Bleu cheese, Caesar, Ranch, Greek, 1000 Island, Raspberry Vinaigrette, White Wine Vinaigrette, French Vinaigrette, Maple Dijon, Honey Mustard and Italian.

Café Signature Sandwiches

A veggie lover's delight! With homemade roasted garlic mayonnaise, melted provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce, cucumbers, sliced mushrooms, colored peppers, sprouts and a bit of Feta cheese.

Smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato on a flavored tortilla of your choice.

A homemade tuna salad with mayonnaise, horseradish, and fresh herbs on your choice of bread, wrap, or roll.

Finest cut of smoked black peppered turkey, provolone cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato with a pleasant layer of mayonnaise.

~ The Begonia ~

Lean black pastrami on marble rye bread with dijon mustard, served warm with melted provolone cheese.

~ The Burdock ~

Lean corned beef, 1000 Island dressing, Sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Served grilled on fresh marble rye bread.

~ Foxglove ~

Shaved steak, sauteed with fresh onions, peppers and mushrooms. Topped with melted provolone cheese on a crusty roll..

Quiches

All of the Café quiches are made using only the freshest eggs, heavy cream, shredded cheese and fresh herbs. Poured into a homemade pie crust.
