       Fresh Seasonal Fruit Crisp With Fresh Whipped Cream ~

What could be more satisfying than this old fashioned feel-good dessert. Fresh fruit mixed with just the right amount of brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Baked until a crusty golden brown, and served with a choice of fresh homemade whipped cream or ice cream. A wonderful way to end a meal.

Nothing fancy, just a great homemade brownie served warm with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.

        Bread Pudding ~ (Seasonal Treat)

Warm bread pudding with a to-die-for bourbon butter sauce. A true delight on those cold winter days.

       New York Style Cheesecake ~

A generous piece of rich cheesecake, served with a lovely topping of sweet strawberries.

       Tira Misu ~ 

Layers of espresso and Cognac soaked lady finger cookies, mascarpone cheese, finished off with a light dusting of bitter cocoa.

Italian Cannoli ~

An Italian classic. :) A delicious, flaky shell stuffed with a fantastic vanilla, powdered sugar sweetened Ricotta cheese filling, dusted with a bit of powdered sugar.
